Los Alamos Single Family Home Prices Rise 4 Percent

The median price of Single Family Home sales rose by 4 percent when compared to the 4th Quarter of 2016 or $320,000 to $334,000 in this quarter.
 
Single Family home sales moved from 63 in the 4th Quarter of 2016 to 72 this quarter. Single Family home sales volumes also rose from $20.8M in 2016 to $24M for the 4th Quarter of 2017 reflecting the increase in home prices.
