In anticipation of the Dr. Atomic opera being performed this summer at the Santa Fe Opera, Los Alamos Living Treasure Art Freed and Heather McClenahan, executive director of the Los Alamos Historical Society, recently told Rotarians about the June-September events commemorating the opera about J. A dynamic young wind quintet, Windsync, will perform at 4 p.m. Sunday, June 3, in the Duane Smith Auditorium in Los Alamos. The event is the final offering in the Los Alamos Concert Association’s season.
WindSync won a gold medal in the 2016 Fishchoff National Chamber Music Competition, the largest competition of its kind in the world.
