Co-op Summer Showcase Series News:

The Co-op Summer Showcase Series is hosting Mark Whitcomb at 5:45 p.m., Friday, Aug. 7 at 1010 Central Ave. The community is invited to attend this free event.

Whitcomb will share his musical journey and try to inspire new folks to music and the journey to get there. He mostly plays folk and blues, sometimes adding eclectic pieces.

Whitcomb was a Blues drummer for quite a number of years and just switched to solo guitar and singing. He is a Los Alamos local—grew up here and still lives in the Jemez. He also hosts an open mic every Friday at LA Cantina in Central Park Square.
