Final Census Response Count In Los Alamos County 83.8 Percent Compared To 58.7 Statewide In New Mexico
COUNTY News:
The final self-response count for the U.S. Census in Los Alamos County is 83.8 percent.
This is in comparison to the self-response count for the U.S. Census for all of New Mexico, which is 58.7 percent.
The non-response follow up for all of New Mexico netted another 41.2 percent, which totals 99.9 percent. Read More

New Mexico COVID-19 Update: 448 New Cases, Total Now At 36,788 With 5 New Deaths And 19,894 Patients Recovered

SANTA FE – New Mexico state health officials have announced this afternoon 448 additional positive tests for COVID-19.
Los Alamos County has 1 new case today bringing the total to 38 cases that have tested positive for COVID-19.
Today’s update includes 5 new deaths in New Mexico related to COVID-19.
The New Mexico Department of Health reported today the most recent cases:
- 151 new cases in Bernalillo County
- 26 new cases in Chaves County
- 5 new cases in Cibola County
- 9 new cases in Curry County
- 68 new cases in Doña Ana County
- 13 new cases in Eddy County
- 3 new cases in Grant County
- 26 new cases
