FBI: Navajo Man Sentenced To Prison For Killing One Person And Assaulting Another While Driving Drunk

FBI News:
ALBUQUERQUE ― Travis Arthur Mustache, 35, an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation who resides in Shiprock, was sentenced Aug. 14 in Albuquerque, to 37 months in prison for his conviction on federal involuntary manslaughter and assault charges. He will be on supervised release for three years after completing his prison sentence.
Mustache was arrested in March 2017, on an indictment charging him with involuntary manslaughter and assault resulting in serious bodily injury. According to the indictment, Mustache killed one victim and seriously injured another

Henry Thomas Duran was involved in the unlawful taking of a motor vehicle (which was later recovered) Feb. 18, 2017, and has been missing since that date. Duran, 30, is five feet six inches tall, and weighs 157 pounds. He has multiple tattoos. He is currently entered as a missing person.
Duran is from the Las Vegas, N.M. area. He has not made contact with his family or friends and his disappearance has concerned law enforcement about his well-being.

SANTA FE ― Gov. Susana Martinez has announced that New Mexico will participate in the national DWI crackdown: ‘Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over’. The crackdown begins today and runs through Labor Day weekend.

SANTA FE ― New Mexico Film Office Director Nick Maniatis announced that the theatrical motion picture “Hunted By My Ex”, produced by Vociferous Films, LLC has filmed in Albuquerque.
The production employed 30 New Mexico crew members, 14 New Mexico principal actors and approximately 60 New Mexico background talent.

Community input is requested at a community/economic development training and strategic planning session for the Mid-Central Rural Corridor and South-Eastern New Mexico regions.
Breakfast is 8:30 a.m. and the session is 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 19 at the Jemez Pueblo Community Center.
