State Transportation Commission to Meet in Deming

NMDOT News:

SANTA FE – The State Transportation Commission will meet Thursday, April 18 in Deming.

The meeting is 1:30-4:30 p.m. at the Deming Conference Center, 119 East Pine Street.

The STC determines all matters of policy for the New Mexico Department of Transportation.

The purpose of these meetings, which are held monthly at different locations around the state, is to update the Commission on NMDOT’s activities and to determine how the two groups can enhance New Mexico’s transportation system.

Action items on the agenda include:

  • Approval of $50 Million Rolling Taxable Revolving Line of Credit and/or Letter of Credit Facility relating to the Escrow Agreement, as Amended, Between BNSF Railway Company and NMDOT
  • Local Government Road Fund Submittals
  • FY14 Operating Budget
