Staff and equipment nearly froze last winter at Revolt Coffee Company’s outdoor location in White Rock, owner Tony Andrade said.

This winter, Revolt will be snuggly tucked in at Bathtub Row Brewing Company through approximately February or until things warm up.

Revolt recently moved to The Tub from its former location across from Los Alamos High School where they had parked their truck since September.

“I want to give a heartfelt thanks to Bathtub Row Brewing,” Andrade said.

Customers can enjoy their beverages and pastries inside the brewery, on its patio or opt for curbside pickup, he said. The Tub offers free internet service. Social distancing will be observed and masks required for inside service.

Revolt serves coffee from Desert Sun Roasters, in Durango, as well as coffee from 35 Degrees North, roasted in Santa Fe.

“We focus on giving customers a lot of choices of coffees and roasts,” Andrade said. “We try and keep it interesting! We have lots of new coffees to try, including a new darker, bolder espresso, which complements our handcrafted drinks nicely. We’ve just started serving our holiday specialty drinks.”

If a customer wants a snack to go with their drink, Revolt offers “great pastries” from local baker Holly Marken and from Chocolate Maven in Santa Fe.

Andrade grew up in White Rock and returned to town with his wife Christina and their children to open Revolt Coffee near his parents about a year ago.

“We have a lot of great local customers,” Andrade said.

Revolt has expanded its hours 6:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Bathtub Row Brewing Co-op is at 163 Central Park Square.

“We’re pleased to be open weekends so skiers can grab their morning coffee before they hit the slopes,” Andrade said.
