Los Alamos High Flyers Gymnasts Compete at State Championships

Seventeen Los Alamos High Flyers gymnasts competed in the Level 2 & 3 New Mexico State Championships last weekend in Albuquerque. The girls competed by age division in vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise, and in the all-around (combined score).

The Los Alamos High School JV baseball game with Academy scheduled for March 11 has been canceled.
Also canceled is the April 3 JV softball game.

A.J. Herrera New Head Coach of Topper Girls Soccer

LAHS SPORTS News:
The Los Alamos High School Athletic Department has announced that A.J. Herrera of White Rock has accepted the Head Girls Soccer coach position at the high school.
Herrera was recently the head coach of the boys program at Santa Fe High School. He had been there since 2007. Coach Herrera was the Los Alamos Boys soccer coach in the 2006 season where the team went 16-6 and was a state semi-final team and he was an assistant coach at Los Alamos in 2004 and 2005. He has his National āDā soccer license and his National Youth License.
