LAPD News:
The Los Alamos Police Department will begin running the torch Thursda, May 18, for the Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run.
There may be slight traffic delays as officers begin to run the torch from LAPD along Trinity toward the back-gate and on to Jemez Springs.
LAPD partners with Special Olympics New Mexico to raise money and awareness for local athletes to participate in New Mexico State sponsored athletic competitions.
