Sombrillo Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility would like to thank the community for all the time, effort and donations that you all have done for us during these holidays. It has been a very difficult year with our new virtual lifestyle.

The staff and residents thank you from the bottom or our hearts. We appreciate everything from the smallest gestures to the amazing donations and gifts. Everything counts and has made a significant impact of our lives and brought Christmas spirit into our hearts.

A special thanks to our Mary Kay consultants Sandra Salazar, Amy Montoya and Michelle Koller who have created the “Adopt a Grandparent” program and made special stockings for each resident and staff.

We also thank our local businesses and friends from LAMC Auxiliary, Amber Care, Village Arts, Boomerang, LAVA Quilters, Kiwanis Key Club members and everyone else who has sent us cards, well wishes, drawings and beautiful handmade crafts.

Again, we love and appreciate all of you and wish you the best holidays as well.
