Sol Studio has signed a lease for approximately 825 square feet at 130 Longview Drive in White Rock, New Mexico. The building, located just off the main corridor and near a planned townhouse development, has been fully renovated as one of the first restoration projects completed in White Rock in years.

“A service-oriented business with relatively low traffic was a great fit for the space,” Chris Luchini, owner of 130 Longview Drive, said.

“The open floor plan and the county’s plans for the area are what drew me to the space,” said Rachel Andreatta, the owner of Sol Studio. “I’m an independent stylist that likes to cater to individuality in such a small, diverse town, whether it’s lived-in color or crafted cuts.”

There is approximately 1,350 square feet available on the property that is also fully renovated. The remaining space features all new plumbing and electrical, high ceilings, and ample parking. There is also a private parking lot adjacent to the space that offers 50% more parking than is required by code. Luchini envisions a tap room, food establishment, or other business that would create synergy with Sol Studio.
