BUSINESS News:

Feeding the creative spirit in Los Alamos since 1983, Village Arts has become a staple for most any creative project from the raw materials to getting the finished work presentable and up on the wall.

Village Arts, at 216 DP Road, takes pride in carrying fine arts and crafts supplies as well as school supplies and those hard to find specialty items. Most importantly, Village Arts takes pleasure in framing and preserving memories and masterpieces in quality archival framing, and have had everything from a Nobel Prize to taxidermied vampire bats pass through its doors.

Village Arts brings together a team of professionals with a collective framing experience of more than 50 years. At Village Arts, they value just how much trust it takes to leave a treasured possession in their care, and they take pleasure in serving this unique community and nearby communities.

Village Arts flourishes by the saying “It Takes a Village” and works closely with schools, government and the creative community to create a more fulfilling experience for visitors and locals alike.

Village Arts  is open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays. For information, call 505.661.2526.
