BUSINESS News:

Hilltop Spa is a full-service health and beauty spa located right here in Los Alamos and has been bringing beauty and relaxation to the community for seven years.

Hilltop Spa was originally opened in 2007 by Pam Worth. Her vision was originally to create a small place for massage and yoga. Her dream grew even bigger when she added on facilities for nail and hair services. In 2013, she sold the business to Tracy Maddox. Maddox was thrilled at the opportunity to ensure that Los Alamos kept the Spa local and began plans for expansion.

This spring, Maddox began working on finding a new location for the Spa that would better create an environment of relaxation as well as help achieve our goals of promoting good health to the people of Los Alamos. Maddox selected her current location between Ruby K’s and El Parasol, and began to dream of what the new space could be.

Construction took place and in October of this year, Maddox and her team welcomed the public to its beautiful new place. The luxurious amenities include an Infrared Sauna and Steam Room to enhance spa treatments, as well as three massage rooms, two pedicure chairs, an esthetician room and a Fitness Center.

Today, the staff of 16 experts of relaxation, health and beauty provide a number of services, including massage, facial, waxing, salt glow, bio peel, full hair services, makeup Application, spray tanning, manicure, pedicure, lash and brow tinting.

Hilltop Spa will have extended hours to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for the community’s convenience and is also now open until 6 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Saturday.
