A grey Dodge Ram pickup traveling on N.M. 4 rolled over this afternoon sending the female driver to Los Alamos Medical Center for treatment.
Sgt. James Rodriguez told the Los Alamos Daily Post at the scene of the accident that a witness reported the grey pickup was heading north bound on N.M. 4 when it caught the edge of the roadway and fishtailed across the yellow line.
The witness had to swerve his south bound vehicle to avoid getting hit head-on. The driver of the pickup then apparently over-corrected and the truck went off the road, hitting trees and debris, rolling over and landing on its side.
Due to the location of the crash site, multiple jurisdictions are involved in the post investigation including Santa Fe County and the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
