Learn to create a conversation between yourself and your partner through movement. Instructor Cheryl Noonan believes in creating a patient, relaxing environment for students.

Discover passive techniques for heating and cooling to save on energy costs. Siting considerations and regulatory issues will also be covered. Instructor Richard C. “Charlie” Shultz is the Lead Faculty in SFCC’s Controlled Environment Agriculture Program, including hydroponics and aquaponics.

Maximize your iPhone experience

Get tips on basic setup and syncing through iCloud, along with an explanation of how the various tools like Contacts and Calendars fit together. Hear suggestions for saving money on data consumption and extending battery life. Find out about useful apps and how you can configure your screen to personalize your experience. Instructor Jason Goodyear is a media composer, musician, sound artist and SFCC educator who works with new music and communication technologies.

Discover Archaeological Byzantine treasures

Join a spectacular online tour in the class Archaeological Treasures of the Byzantine World. Explore other Byzantine churches such as the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem and the Basilica of St. John in Ephesus, and spectacular baptisteries in places like Ravenna. Learn the history of the Byzantine Empire (330—1453 CE), its founder, Constantine the Great, and other important emperors and learn what life was like for ordinary people. Discover the kind of art popular during the Byzantine period. Instructor William Tabbernee earned a Ph.D. in Ancient History.
