SFCC Hosts Chaîne Des Rôtisseurs Dinner June 20

Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Santa Fe Chapter presents a fundraising dinner benefiting Cooking with Kids and SFCC Culinary Arts Students 5:30 p.m., Thursday, June 20, at Santa Fe Community College, Jemez Rooms, 6401 Richards Ave.
 
The community is invited to enjoy a uniquely crafted gourmet celebration while supporting Santa Fe’s future chefs. Guest Chefs are all inducted members of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs:
  • Jerry Dakan, SFCC Lead Chef-Instructor;
  • Peter O’Brien, Inn of the Anasazi;
  • Charles Dale, Dalicious Concepts LLC;
  • Fernando Olea, Sazón;
  • Evan Doughty, Santa Fe Brewing Co.;
  • Kyle Pacheco, Santa Fe School of Cooking;
  • Jen Doughty, Jimmy D’s;
  • Cristian Pontiggia, Sassella;
  • David Flores, Lucky Goat Cooking with Kids Junior Chefs; and
