Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Santa Fe Chapter presents a fundraising dinner benefiting Cooking with Kids and SFCC Culinary Arts Students 5:30 p.m., Thursday, June 20, at Santa Fe Community College, Jemez Rooms, 6401 Richards Ave.
The community is invited to enjoy a uniquely crafted gourmet celebration while supporting Santa Fe’s future chefs. Guest Chefs are all inducted members of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs:
- Jerry Dakan, SFCC Lead Chef-Instructor;
- Peter O’Brien, Inn of the Anasazi;
- Charles Dale, Dalicious Concepts LLC;
- Fernando Olea, Sazón;
- Evan Doughty, Santa Fe Brewing Co.;
