It is not too late to register for a one-day customer service class that is being offered through UNM-Los Alamos Community Education.
Providing Excellent Customer Service will be taught by Laura Loy, local businesswoman and UNM-LA instructor, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23.
“The class is designed to inspire excellent customer service in any industry and environment,” Loy said. “Through various topics, exercises and videos, attendees will gain concrete ideas for understanding their customers and then delivering outstanding service. This class is for everyone, not just those in the retail or service industries.”
In this popular class, participants will learn what it takes to provide and maintain the highest levels of customer service.

Loy has worked in business development and marketing for 16 years. She has experience working for large and small organizations, for-profit and non-profit, and in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer environments.
