Los Alamos artist Jennifer Leon creates a dazzling art piece with chalk during the Los Alamos Arts Council’s Sec Sandoval Chalk Walk today at Fuller Lodge. Leon said she got an early start on the piece; she began working on it Friday. Leon said she does a lot of oil painting and and drawing but was having fun with the chalk and using the sidewalk as her canvas. ‘It’s fun to have an opportunity to put something out there and see how people react,’ she said.
