The ribbon is officially cut Saturday at Fleur de Lys at 1460 Trinity Dr. Unit 1. Just prior to cutting the ribbon, co-owner Marcel Remillieux thanked his wife and co-owner Stephanie Remillieux who now bakes the breads and patries and other items on sale at Fleur de Lys. He thanked Cottonwood on the Greens co-owners Paval and Dorota Listwan for allowing Stephanie to use their commercial kitchen late at night to bake products for Fleur de Lys. Photo by Carol A.
