Scenes From ‘Los Alamos Teacher Day of Action’

U.S. Rep. Ben Ray Luján and House Dist. 43 Rep. Stephanie Garcia Richard welcome more than 40 Los Alamos Public School teachers and volunteers to Saturday’s Los Alamos Teacher Day of Action. The event kicked off in the Los Alamos Democratic Headquarters in Central Park Square with breakfast before the teachers and volunteers headed out to knock on more than 2,600 doors in one day. Luján and Garcia Richard also attended the Los Alamos Health Fair and the Piecemakers Quilt Market Saturday. Courtesy photo
