Los Alamos Beer Cooperative Board President Micheline Devaurs and Treasurer Kevin Anderson at Friday’s membership drive event in Central Park Square. The Beer Co-op seeks to recruit 300 new members to support the cause of bringing locally brewed craft beer to Los Alamos. The Beer Co-op was established Sept. 7, 2012, and is incorporated in the State of New Mexico and the County of Los Alamos. As a co-op, all business decisions are made by an elected board of directors following its own Articles of Incorporation and By-laws. Any profits in this model are returned to the members or go back into the business. Photo by Carol A. Clark/ladailypost.com
