Scenes From AOPA’s Secret City Tour

Members of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) had a day out in Los Alamos for a “secret city tour” Friday at the Los Alamos County Airport. The tour was part of the larger Regional AOPA Fly being held in Santa Fe at its airport. Thirty-three participants signed up and 12 planes arrived at the airport. Local pilots and Civil Air Patrol Cadets were on hand to direct traffic and aid with tie down. The rest arrived in vehicles for a breakfast at the terminal followed by tours of the Bradbury Museum and a walking tour of the historic district. Photo by John McHale/ladailypost.com
