SPORTS News:

The 68th Atomic City Invitational, the longest match play tournament in the Southwest got underway Friday at the Los Alamos County Golf Course.

Day one Friday, is sponsored by Pig+Fig and includes golf, a kick-off reception and live music on the patio, a silent auction and Matriarch Ceremony.

Day two today, is sponsored by REMAX/First and Oasis Landscaping and features golf, a chipping contest and long drive contest.

Day three, Sunday is sponsored by Bathtub Row Brewing and features golf and BBQ & Beer at Bathtub Row Brewing after rounds.

Day four, Monday is sponsored by Century Bank and is the final day of the tournament. It includes with golf, lunch and awards on the patio and a gallery for championship rounds.
