Sandia Pueblo in Albuquerque has awarded Mick Rich Contractors a $2.5 million contract to build a new vehicle maintenance facility. Work begins this month.
The 10,700 sq. ft. Sandia Public Works Storage Building, designed by SMPC Architects of Albuquerque, will contain a bridge crane and car wash to maintain equipment and vehicles, and serve as an auto workshop.
