Dear Friends:    

Happy New Year! I wish all of you much joy, love, and happiness as we cheer for new beginnings!

Note that we will not meet on Jan. 16, 2025, and take care of Central Committee business at our Biennial Convention. Please make plans to attend our Biennial at 9 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 18 at Fuller Lodge. We will elect new leadership for the next 2 years.

I am proud of my record as RPLA Chair for the past 2 years, hope to build on our wins, and encourage more participation with younger individuals and families. As Chair, we tripled our bank account balance through generous contributions and 3 successful fundraising events. We used our financial resources prudently to support and donate to local candidates.

Early on, someone suggested that we were irrelevant and should disband. We proved him wrong, as we have greatly strengthened our voice and presence in the community. We consistently advocated for conservative principles to governance and challenged initiatives that would damage our fragile small businesses, our working class, and those on a fixed income.

We believe that citizens are best served by a government that is fiscally responsible, accountable, open, and transparent. We expanded our social media presence and are more organized than ever as a local political party. I am thrilled about Councilor David Reagor’s re-election victory. He had broad support for his actions in his 1st term, and worked tirelessly for a 2nd term. Under my leadership, his campaign was a massive team effort that was strategic and effective.

Elect Ward Delegates to the Biennial County Convention and elect Ward Chairs

And

Call is hereby made for the County Central Committee Meeting of the Republican Party of Los Alamos County to be held January 18th, 2025, 9 a.m. at Fuller Lodge, 2132 Central Ave, Los Alamos, New Mexico 87544 to:

Consider contests to the delegates from the Ward Caucuses to the Biennial County Convention,

Elect new County officers, and

Consider any other proper business

And

Call is hereby made for the Biennial County Convention of the Republican Party of Los Alamos County to be held January 18th, 2025, 9:00 a.m. at Fuller Lodge, 2132 Central Ave, Los Alamos, New Mexico 87544 to:

               Elect a new County Central Committee;

               Elect a new County contingent of members to the State Central Committee; and,

               Any other proper business.
