The Rotary Club of Los Alamos honored three students as the top winners of its annual 4-Way Test essay contest. Olivia Taylor won first place and received $200, Cameron Art was awarded second place and recieved $100 and Donald Poston received $50 for his third place win.
The 4-Way Test asks, “In the things we think, say or do: Is it the TRUTH? Is it FAIR to all concerned? Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS? Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?” Each student wrote an essay about what the 4-Way Test means to them.
Rotary Club meetings are noon-1 p.m. Tuesdays at The Manhattan Project Bar & Grill on Central Avenue.
