Due to unforeseen delays, the Grand Re-Opening of Rose Chocolatier has been postponed from today to March 17. 

“While we are sorry to miss Valentine’s Day, we hope Los Alamos will come out to support Rose Chocolatier once we open on St. Patrick’s Day!”, owner Melissa Arias said.

Located at 149 Central Park Square, Rose Chocolatier is a chocolate shop operated by the nonprofit organization Lemonade Living, who work with the special needs community teaching them job skills.

The Grand Reopening will take place at 3:30 p.m. St. Patrick’s Day, Friday, March 17.

In the interim, those seeking chocolates for Valentine’ Day might consider “Chocolates with LOV”! Del Norte Credit Union’s LOV Foundation is selling Valentine’s Day-themed chocolate boxes and Baxter teddy bears at any DNCU branch. Visit DNCU locally at 1000 Trinity Drive.

Also, UPEX & Gifts is selling limited Valentine’s Day-themed boxes of See’s candy. They are at 108 Central Park Square.
