Roaring 20s Party At Fuller Lodge Will Benefit Wildlife Conservation Saturday April 30

RMEF News:

The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation (RMEF) is holding a Roaring 20s fundraising event 5 p.m. Saturday, April 30 at Fuller Lodge in Los Alamos.

This event is for women to have a great time while raising money for New Mexico wildlife habitat. Attendees can participate in the live auction, silent auction, basket raffle, ‘20s games, and ‘20s cocktails.

Prizes and auction items include jewelry, firearms, home accents, and much more. For additional authenticity, dress up as a flapper girl (or other ‘20s style), enter through the speakeasy door, learn to dance the Charleston, and eat ‘20s food. Note that Amazon has some awesome Roaring ‘20s outfits or better yet, try your local thrift shops.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a basket of goodies for the basket raffle. If an attendee does bring a basket for the raffle, she will receive a strip of five raffle tickets and a donation receipt. In addition, early-bird basket raffle tickets ($100 worth of tickets for only $60) are available until April 16.

The RMEF is an international, non-profit, wildlife organization dedicated to the conservation of elk and other wildlife, and their habitat. Since its inception in 1984, the Foundation has protected or enhanced over 8.3 million acres throughout North America.

In New Mexico alone, RMEF and its partners have protected or enhanced 539,350 acres with a combined value of nearly $46.1 million; as well as opening or improving public access to 110,483 acres.
