Reminder: ‘Not-Just-Junk-In-Your-Truck’ Sale Saturday

White Rock Presbyterian Church (WRPC), which a couple of months ago “came out” as LGBTQIA+ allies, has issued a reminder that it is hosting its second “Not-Just-Junk-In-Your-Truck” sale 8-11:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 13 in the church parking lot at 310 Rover Blvd., right next to Rover Park.

All kinds of treasures will be available to take home, including pastries from the Pig + Fig Café, with everything “priced” by donation. All proceeds will benefit Self Help’s Techo Fund, set up to assist queer youth in and around Los Alamos with housing and other emergency needs.

Anyone interested may rent a space for $20 and sell their own items.
