RE/MAX First News:
Los Alamos is a wonderful place to live, but let’s face it, the housing market is brutal and that can make buying, or even selling a house, stressful!
Kelly Myers has 32 years of experience as a mother, 22 years of experience in education as a public school teacher and more than 13 years in real estate as a licensed Realtor. She is a native of Los Alamos and has lived in this community for more than 50 years, so she really does know LA! Her dad was a former superintendent with the Los Alamos Public Schools and the Duane W. Smith Auditorium is named for him.
“It’s so interesting to have shared experiences with such a diverse age range in town,” Myers said. “My mom Joan, lives in town and she and her friends, along with my own childhood friends, my children’s friends and many past students all know about local places like Cave of the Winds and The Peggy Sue Bridge. These connections foster trust, which I believe gives people a sense of security as we navigate through a crazy housing market like the one we’re in now!”
Myers comes to the table with knowledge, experience and dedication to her clients. She enjoys educating her clients about the realities of the market, both good and bad, even though it often means working evenings and weekends. Couple that with a proven track record of success and it is clear she can help meet your real estate needs, whether you’re a buyer or a seller, native or newcomer.
Myers likes her job. She enjoys people and works hard.

The best part about working with Kelly Myer s is that she is more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that meet our needs than on closing a deal. Kelly is always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. We highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in Los Alamos. –Feliciano and Johanna Jiron
It was an absolute joy to work with Kelly Myers in both the selling of my old home and the buying of a new one. She is knowledgeable, caring, supportive, and goes way beyond the bounds of duty to assist her clients. In my book she is the ultimate Realtor, and I am most grateful. –Ruth Williamson
We love Kelly! She knows this business, is very down to earth, trustworthy, full of integrity, and always persevering through any market that we may have going on in this town. She is one of the hardest working people we know. Also my kids loved her as their teacher. Kelly is a wonderful person. Thanks for everything Kelly. –Karen and John Zavicar
Even though Myers works a lot of the time, she gets satisfaction from it and has a helpful husband, Steve Myers, who supports her in many ways. Her kids are grown and on their own, so she has the time and energy for this job. When not working, Myersy spends time supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Los Alamos Family YMCA, 100+ Women Who Care and various political candidates. She values the Los Alamos local government, the Los Alamos National Laboratory and the public schools and welcomes all newcomers to this outstanding community.
Contact Myers at 505.412.9683 or email@example.com where she can help you sell or purchase a house and if you want, she may even take you to the Cave of the Winds!
