COUNTY News:

The Los Alamos County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a meeting at 5:30 p.m., Sept. 28 in Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, 1000 Central Park Square.

Under consideration is an amendment to allow development of eight homes at 4725 Quemazon. This is potentially important for all Quemazon residents and property owners due to its proximity to the single entrance into Quemazon and its impact on parking and traffic near the Quemazon Montessori School.

The meeting is open to the public.
