The the Office of Davis & Gilchrist, P.C. announced Friday that a new lawsuit alleges that Debra and Cliff W. Gilmore were unlawfully terminated by the New Mexico’s Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD), CYFD Secretary Brian Blalock, and CYFD Deputy Secretary Terry Locke.
Debra and Cliff Gilmore raised legitimate concerns about several ethical issues within the Department, including:

WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Sen. Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.), a member of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, issued the following statement after the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) released its report on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP).
Heinrich helped secure language in the Intelligence Authorization Act passed by Congress last year that directed the DNI to submit the report to the congressional intelligence and armed services committees on UAPs, including observed airborne objects that have not been identified. Read More

SANTA FE – New Mexico Department of Health officials have announced 76 new COVID-19 cases today.
Los Alamos County reports zero new cases so the total remains 537 people who have tested positive for COVID-19. (County totals are subject to change upon further investigation and determination of residency of individuals positive for COVID-19.)
This update includes 1 new death in New Mexico today related to COVID-19.
The New Mexico Department of Health reports the most recent cases:
- 19 new cases in Bernalillo County
- 2 new cases in Cibola County
- 2 new cases in Curry County
- 3 new cases
