FBI News:
ALBUQUERQUE ― Cowey Edsitty, 32, of Albuquerque, pled guilty Dec. 15 in federal court to violating the federal firearms laws.
Edsitty was arrested in July 2016, on an indictment charging him with being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition on May 3, 2016, in McKinley County.
According to court documents, Edsitty was prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition because of his prior felony convictions for residential burglary, assault with intent to commit a violent felony, aggravated battery and aggravated fleeing a law enforcement
