FBI: Albuquerque Felon Pleads Guilty To Unlawfully Possessing Firearm And Ammunition

ALBUQUERQUE Fabian I. Sanchez, 38, of Albuquerque, pled guilty Thursday in Federal Court to violating the federal firearms laws by unlawfully possessing a firearm and ammunition.
 
Sanchez, whose criminal history includes convictions for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a controlled substance and burglary of a dwelling, is being prosecuted as part of a federal anti-violence initiative that targets violent, repeat offenders for federal prosecution.

LEXINGTON, KY The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) today announced that it has exercised its option to extend the contract with Fluor-BWXT Portsmouth LLC (FBP) for decontamination and decommissioning (D&D) of the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant (GDP) for a period of 30 months beyond the current expiration date of Sept. 30, 2018.

La Senda, Pajarito Acres Microsealing Begins Friday

COUNTY News:

Starting Friday morning, construction crews will begin applying a microseal to all of the roadways in Pajarito Acres and La Senda in White Rock.

Weather allowing, crews anticipate this portion of the project to last 11 days and crews are planning to work 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., seven days a week.

Expect representatives from the contractor applying the coating to be visiting residents door to door leaving information including the proposed schedule, coordination instructions and contact information.
