Prostate Cancer Support Association News:
The Prostate Cancer Support Association of New Mexico has announced topics for its first six organization meetings of 2022.
The free meetings, held virtually until further notice, begin at 12:30 p.m. on the first and third Saturdays of each month.
Login information is available the Tuesday prior to each meeting on the support group’s website.

- Jan. 15: Presentation on Medicaid & Medicare – Tonia Bateman, Business Office Director, New Mexico Cancer Center
- Feb. 5: Presentation on Sex & Intimacy – Sara Sattler, National Men’s Sexual Health and Therapy Educator
- Feb. 19: Presentation on Nubeqa, a prostate cancer treatment drug – Flora Woo, MSN, RN, Nurse Educator, Bayer Pharmaceuticals
- March 5: Presentation on Incontinence After Prostate Cancer Treatment – Sara Sattler, National Men’s Sexual Health and Therapy Educator
- March 19: Presentation on High-Dose Radiation Brachytherapy for Prostate Cancer- Osama Mohamad, MD, PhD, University of San Francisco Department of Radiology
- April 2: Presentation on Pelvic Floor Strengthening After Prostate Cancer- Nora Quintal Calva, Physical Therapist, Method Physical Therapy
