If you registered your child for football or cheerleading and paid Jones via a check or cash, please advise how much, when, etc. If you donated funds to GoFundMe for the league through the league’s Facebook page, please advise how much and provide a receipt or information.

If you are aware of fundraiser funds produced by any fundraiser entrusted to Jones, please advise.
