NMSP News:

ALBUQUERQUE – New Mexico State Police were working jointly with the Albuquerque Police Department Friday to locate Adrian Nieto. Investigators were searching for Nieto, who cut off his GPS ankle monitor during a visit to his grandmother’s home and failed to return to the Albuquerque Boys Reintegration Center.

APD detectives arrested Nieto at approximately 4:15 p.m. at an apartment complex at 1710 Dan SE in Albuquerque. Nieto was taken into custody without incident.

Nieto was booked into Bernalillo County Juvenile Detention Center.
