LAPD News:
The Los Alamos Police Department has issued a statement that Los Alamos Police Animal Control officers located and seized the two dogs suspected of killing a smaller dog.
Charges have been filed against the owner through the Los Alamos Magistrate Court.
The owner’s name has not been released.
