Philip Kunsberg Launches Major Renovations To His Newly Purchased Building In Downtown Los Alamos

Philip Kunsberg recently purchased the building at 1789 Central Ave., in downtown Los Alamos and has launched a major renovation project to the exterior and interior of the building. The building houses Starbucks, Ruby K’s Bagel Café, Southwest Office Solutions, Hilltop Spa and coming soon – The Blue Window Bistro. Kunsberg also owns Central Park Square across the street and other local properties. He explained that he bought the building in the heart of downtown with the intention of renovating it because, ‘I just couldn’t stand to see it deteriorating.’ He added that the building is now part of Central Park Square and his crew will maintain it.
