Pfizer Vaccine Clinic For Ages 5-11 Set For Nov. 22


The New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH) is administering the Pfizer vaccine for children 5-11 years old, 1-4 p.m. Monday Nov. 22, at the First Baptist Church at 2200 Diamond Dr.

Appointments are required and NMDOH has set up instructions at for parents to register dependent children for the vaccine.

Parents/Guardians should schedule appointments and download consent forms. Use the event code ESVLGNF when registering.

Appointment holders for the clinic are reminded to: 

  • Complete the online NMDOH medical questionnaire the morning of the clinic;
  • Complete and bring the Parent/Guardian Consent Form;
  • Arrive within 10 to 15 minutes of the appointment time; and
  • Wear a mask.
