Pet Pangaea’s Offices Vandalized Overnight

Police are on the hunt for the person or persons who threw a rock through the plate glass window of Pet Pangaea’s offices in the former Quest Diagnostic space near Nectar and 15th Street sometime overnight. Owner Cyndi Wells said an employee discovered the broken window and found a rock inside the office area at about 11:30 a.m. today. No one had been at the offices before that time and the window wasn’t broken when the offices closed Tuesday evening, Wells said. She has had to spend her time making out a police report and arranging to get the massive window replaced. “This will probably run about $3,000 and it’s so upsetting because this is money that I’d much rather go to my employees,” Wells said. Police are asking the public to keep an eye out for suspicious activity and report it immediately to 662-8222. Photo by Carol A. Clark/ladailypost.com
