SHELTER News:
Memphis is a medium size female blond lab mix found roaming with her buddy Marmaduke.
She is one happy dog with a tail never stops wagging. In fact, shelter volunteers have had to carefully bandage her tail lately because she wags it so hard it whips against the side of her kennel.
Memphis is anxious to be adopted as soon as possible so she can share her happiness with a new owner. She would enjoy the opportunity to get in a bit of running as well.
Memphis and other adoptable pets are available at the Los Alamos County Animal Shelter, 226 East Road, (505) 662-8179.
All adoptable pets are microchipped, spayed or neutered, and brought up-to-date on vaccinations. Dogs are checked for heartworm.
Visit the Friends of the Shelter website at www.lafos.org for information about volunteering, adopting and donating.
