Godiva the cat is a beautiful Smoky Persian who ended up at the shelter when her owner moved.
 
This sweet girl will need some time to adjust to her new home, as big changes can be a bit stressful for her. She will also need a patient owner who is willing to brush her – she came in with lots of uncomfortable mats and had to be shaved, and she doesn’t want to be traumatized by another round of shaving.She now sports a lion cut.

Shelter hours are noon to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturdays and noon to 3 p.m., Sundays.
