PEEC News:

Los Alamos Children’s Dentistry has adopted the three mesa gardens at the Los Alamos Nature Center.

This generous gift will help the Pajarito Environmental Education Center (PEEC) maintain the gardens for a full year. The three mesa gardens include a pollinator garden, a native plant garden, and a water-wise garden. The gardens are in full bloom right now, making it a perfect time to visit the nature center and take in the flowers.

Los Alamos Children’s Dentistry (LACD) is a community-minded office, supporting organizations and events such as the Kite Festival and the Food Depot. They also sponsor a yearly candy buy-back event just after Halloween. The candy they receive goes to the Soldiers’ Angels’ Treats for Troops program, and for every basket they get, they make a donation to the Northern New Mexico Food Depot mobile pantry.
