PEEC: Astronomy Planetarium Shows In June

Learn more about the stars and constellations visible in June. The Pajarito Environmental Education Center (PEEC) is holding two star shows at 7 p.m. Friday, June 17, in the Los Alamos Nature Center Planetarium with physicist Paul Arendt as the host. Attendees will enjoy a tour of celestial objects— particularly Venus and Jupiter— easily viewed through binoculars this month.
 
The June Night Sky planetarium show is $6 for adults and $4 for children. Tickets are available by calling or stopping by the nature center. Seating is limited.
