The Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails volunteers organized the 17th annual Cookie Caper, which raises money for the organization that funds two-thirds of the troops and programs throughout the state. Nine chefs from New Mexico eateries competed this year including Cakes by Ginene-Santa Fe, El Castillo-Santa Fe, Garbo’s at Rainbow Vision-Santa Fe, Luminaria at the Inn and Spa at Loretto-Santa Fe, Osteria d’Assisi-Santa Fe, Pajarito Brew Pub & Grill-Los Alamos, Rio Chama Steakhouse-Santa Fe, Rosewood Inn at the Anasazi-Santa Fe, Savory Fare-Albuquerque and Zinc-Albuquerque.
