PAC 8 Auction Underway … Bid Early And Often

PAC 8 News:
The annual PAC 8 online auction fundraiser is underway. PAC 8 is a nonprofit organization and community media center. The money raised by this auction goes to scholarships for students, PAC 8 internships and other worthy programs.
President’s Challenge
PAC 8 Board of Directors President Dave Schiferl will match each dollar donated to PAC 8 with one of his own, up to $500. Individual donations totaling $500 will give $1,000 to PAC 8. Schiferl’s offer does not apply to bids, only to outright donations to PAC 8. Donate by emailing PAC 8 Executive Director Jean Gindreau at during this week of the auction.
The auction run until 10 a.m. April 8. To bid on an item, email bids to Include name, phone number, what is being bid on, the amount of bid and bidding name. Each evening during the auction the highest bids will be posted on the website including the amount and bidder’s bidding name. Bidders will be notified of their winning bid April 9 by email. The email will contain hours and days items may be picked up. PAC 8 acceptschecks, cash and credit cards.
PAC 8 thanks the local businesses who contributed to the auction. Items include jewelry from  Bennett’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts and local artists, a one year movie pass to the Reel Deal Theater (unlimited movies!), gift certificates from local businesses, fly fishing lessons, books, art work, a sushi making lesson with dinner and much more!
