On The Job In Los Alamos: At Time Out Pizzeria

On the job Thursday in Los Alamos are owners Omar and Trisha Sanchez at Time Out Pizzeria, 157 Central Park Square. The couple have been serving up food and fun for the community since 2007 and it has become a family affair now that the couple’s three daughters are working at the eatery. With the state now fully open, Time Out has re-opened its salad bar, seating area and game room and is hiring a night manager and driver/kitchen staff person. One important way the community can help locally owned businesses such as Time Out Pizzeria is to pay with cash, saving the business the expense incurred through credit card service fees. Time Out now only accepts cash payments for orders less than $75. Restaurant hours are 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday-Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday-Saturday and closed Sunday. Call 505.662.7261. #worklosalamos #wherediscoveriesaremade.
