‘On Tap’ Series Begins May 1

LACDC News:

A group of Los Alamos cultural providers will host an “On Tap” series every Thursday beginning May 1. The series is 5:30-7 p.m. at the Manhattan Project Bar & Grill. Each gathering begins with a 15 minute talk followed by a group discussion.

  • 1st Thursday – history hosted by Los Alamos Historical Society
  • 2nd Thursday – art hosted by Fuller Lodge Art Center
  • 3rd Thursday – science hosted by Bradbury Science Museum
  • 4th Thursday – nature hosted by Pajarito Environmental Education Center
  • 5th Thursday – wild card (will hosted by Bandelier National Monument in May)

On Tap is an effort to increase programming and economic development in the Los Alamos Creative District. LACD is the only Creative District in New Mexico; Los Alamos is designated as “creative” to highlight arts, culture, and science in their downtown.
