ELIZABETH WEISS Jan. 16, 1931 – May 12, 2018
 
Elizabeth Weiss, 87, of Los Alamos, passed away May 12, 2018, after a lengthy illness.
 
She was born Elizabeth Schwenkert in Ulm, Germany January 16, 1931 and immigrated to the US in 1950. She lived in New York City where she met her husband, Eugene and they wed in 1954. Elizabeth had two children and worked with Eugene in the family dry cleaning business.
 
In 1992, Elizabeth moved to Los Alamos, where she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, going to the pool, and sewing.
 
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband Eugene and son, Howard. She is survived by her son and daughter-in law Bob and Andrea, grandchildren Rachel, Deeana, Brandi, Jessica and Jason, granddaughter-in-law Deidre, and great grandchildren Mitzi, Leif, Alex, Isabella, and Angelina.
 
She will be missed by all.
